- Consulting Services
We encourage you to review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Products (Physical Books Only)
We understand that transit damage can occasionally occur. If you receive a physical book that is damaged or defective, we will arrange an exchange under the following conditions:
- Reporting Window: You must report the damage within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- How to Report: Email us at info@civilianquest.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging.
- Our Action: Upon verification, we will arrange to send you a replacement copy at no additional cost to you.
- Return Shipping: We will bear the cost of returning the damaged item and dispatching the replacement.
We reserve the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions or where damage is caused by mishandling after delivery.
3. Digital Products and Online Courses
Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases of online courses are strictly non-refundable once access has been granted. We strongly recommend reviewing the course description and objectives before purchasing.
4. Consulting Services
Payments made for consulting services are non-refundable. In the event of a scheduling conflict, we will do our best to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.
5. No Return Policy
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any other reason beyond damage at the time of delivery. Please ensure you select the correct product before placing your order.
6. Payment Disputes
